Remarks: [Eineder, p. 123:] 1810: The brothers Kiesing (Anton-Ignaz, Gustav and Wilhelm) founded the paper factory Hohenelbe in 1800. Thereupon they purchased in addition the mill at Lauterwasser, In 1812 the Kiesling brothers received a licence to trade thoughaout the country and in 1818 Anton-Ignaz Kiesling left his brothers; he retains for himself and his son the mill at Lauterwasser, while at the same time he applies for the national licence, which is quickly granted. In 1832 he also purchases the paper-mill of Mittel-Langenau. 1835: The mills of Lauterwasser and Mittel-Langenau employed jointly 340 workmen of which some 200 were at Lauterwasser. In the year 1838 Anton I. Kiesling dies at the age of 72 (1766–1838). His wife, Franziska née Weiss von Weissenfles lived from 1766 to 1843.
